You want to feel free, like you can be yourself again.

You might be realizing you are ready for change in your life and in your relationships. Maybe you are beginning to recognize your full potential and you are ready to let go of the things holding you back.

Perhaps you’re . . .

  • Feeling stuck doing the things you don’t want to do

  • Realizing the impact certain behaviors have had on your life and relationships

  • Feeling overwhelmed by stress, anxiety, and fear

  • Recognizing you want to experience peace, hope, and joy again

  • Wanting to thrive, but feel held back by past or present circumstances

As isolating as these experiences may feel, you are not alone. I understand what those experiences are like, and I am confident we can find a way out of them together.

It takes courage and strength to reach out for help. This is the first step of your journey toward the healing and growth you are looking for.

We will discover together the underlying beliefs, thoughts, and motives which keep you feeling stuck. Understanding these will empower us to make meaningful change tailored specifically to match your strengths, values, and capabilities.

While progress can often come and go in waves, it is my priority to build on your unique strengths to move you through the ups and downs that come with the process of change.

I can help you with:

  • Sex and pornography addiction

  • Infidelity and affair recovery

  • Trauma

  • Couples

  • Addiction and substance use

My clients are:

People who want a life full of hope and wellness—a life lived out from under the shadow of addiction, anxiety, and trauma. They are ready to do the work of reclaiming hope, connection, and a life full of light.

What you can expect from me:

My goal as a therapist is to help you discover that your life does not have to be controlled by the shadow of addiction, anxiety, or trauma. Through our work together, we can discover how to manage this pain in ways that support your freedom, health, and connection with yourself and those you love.

I utilize curiosity and compassion as two of my chief guiding principles. I privilege my client’s experience of their life over my expertise in the field. Working collaboratively with my clients, we explore and pursue avenues toward lasting change that work for them.

My clients would describe me as compassionate, understanding, intentional, and thorough. I have been told multiple times, “You are the first person to ever ask me that...” which reflects a sense of feeling known, understood, and validated.

My educational background:

  • Master in Clinical Psychology, Pepperdine University
